Evaluation of Commercially Available Biostimulants in MS Soybean Systems
Investigators
Objectives
Mississippi soybean farmers are cautiously optimistic regarding the use foliar nutrition. This study seeks to evaluate the ability of a biostimulant to improve uptake and response from potassium acetate applied foliar to soybeans at R3. Previous J19 research has shown a consistent positive return on investment associated with the use of potassium acetate in soybeans. R3 is a cost-effective time to apply these products as many producers are applying a preventative fungicide.
Expected End Results
Verify the cost effectiveness of Biostimulants in MS Soybeans.
